3. Market Data and Sources

Quotes, metrics, and trend information are fetched live from third-party providers that may change, throttle, or restrict access. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

3.1 Provider Attribution

Market snapshots and trending: public endpoints such as CoinGecko.
Tradability filters: public Binance exchange info.
News: RSS feeds converted to JSON via gateway services.

All trademarks, logos, and data remain property of their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied. Usage must comply with each provider’s terms and rate limits.

4. Availability and Rate Limits

APIs can fail or rate-limit. FhatalX may temporarily cache or reduce requests. Features can be modified, suspended, or removed without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

No scraping or re-distribution that violates provider policies.
No circumvention of rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
No attempts to use the site for unlawful activities.

6. Liability

FhatalX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FhatalX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.
