FhatalX – Terms of Service & Disclaimer

1. Nature of Service

FhatalX is a software application not a financial data provider, broker, or investment advisor. The App displays market information and derived analytics solely for informational and educational purposes.

2. Data Sources and Attribution

Market information shown in FhatalX is fetched in real time from publicly available cryptocurrency market APIs. FhatalX does not store, redistribute, resell, or sub-license third-party market data and does not provide an API for market data. Any references to providers or exchanges are descriptive only.

Neutral Attribution (used in footer and help text):

Market information displayed in FhatalX is fetched live from public market data APIs. All rights to the data and trademarks remain with their respective owners. FhatalX is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any data provider or exchange.

• No third-party logos or brand assets are used in the App.
• No implication of endorsement or sponsorship by any provider is made.

3. Provider Attribution Format

For clarity and neutrality, provider names appear only as text examples below. These phrases may be used in the App’s notes or legal pages. They must not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship, and no provider logos are used.

• CoinGecko: “Data from CoinGecko API.” Text-only; no logo; no suggestion of endorsement. Optional link to their API documentation in legal pages only.
• Binance: “Market information sourced from public Binance API endpoints.” Text-only; avoid implying “official” or “endorsed by Binance.” Do not use Binance marks.
• CoinMarketCap: “Market information from CoinMarketCap API.” Text-only; no logo; no resale or redistribution of their data. If used, keep purely descriptive.

Trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Provider names are shown for identification purposes only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

4. No Financial Advice

The App and its outputs including signals, heuristics, and analytics do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any resulting outcomes. Use of the App does not create a fiduciary relationship.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not extract, cache, bulk-download, or redistribute third-party data displayed by the App.
• Do not misrepresent the origin of data or imply official status, endorsement, or sponsorship.
• Do not reverse engineer, overload, or abuse external APIs accessed via the App.
• Comply with applicable laws and the terms of any external API you access through the App.

6. Accounts, Privacy, and Data

If you create an account you may store minimal preferences such as favorites and UI settings. No trading credentials, wallet keys, or financial histories are collected by the App. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• The App fetches market information live and displays it on the page.
• The App does not store or resell third-party market data.
• Derived values (e.g., momentum or reversal heuristics) are computed within the App for informational purposes.

7. Commercial Model

Fees relate only to software features for example saved favorites, alerts, UI customization, and extended analytics. You are not purchasing or licensing third-party market data through FhatalX.

8. Availability and Limitations

• External API availability and accuracy are outside our control.
• Service features may change without notice to maintain compliance and reliability.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Fhatal Studios and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
