FHATAL and FhatalX are not liable for financial losses, trading decisions, data inaccuracies, or third-party service interruptions.

1. Overview

FhatalX is a crypto-market dashboard offering snapshot metrics, trend views, news aggregation, and rule-based heuristic signals. FhatalX does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or execute trades.

2. No Financial Advice

All information is provided solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be considered financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with applicable laws and exchange rules.

3. No Buy / Sell / Hold Recommendations

FhatalX does not provide buy, sell, or hold recommendations. Specifically:

  • FhatalX does not recommend purchasing, selling, or holding any cryptocurrency or other asset.
  • FhatalX does not execute trades or provide automated trading functionality.
  • All heuristic signals, indicators, and watchlists are informational only and do not constitute trading advice.
  • Users must conduct their own research and make independent investment decisions.

4. Third-Party Data and Sources

Quotes, metrics, and trend information are fetched live from third-party providers that may change, throttle, or restrict access. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

  • Market snapshots, trending assets, and prices: public endpoints via CoinGecko API.
  • Tradability filters: public Binance exchange info.
  • News: RSS feeds converted to JSON via gateway services.

5. No Data Resale or Redistribution

FhatalX does not sell, sublicense, redistribute, syndicate, or provide raw third-party data feeds.

Any paid features or premium tiers (if introduced) relate only to:

  • Software functionality and user interface enhancements
  • Dashboard customization and personalization
  • Analytical calculations and derived metrics
  • Automation tools and notification features

Fees are for product experience, not for raw data access.

Users may not scrape, bulk-download, redistribute, or resell any data displayed on FhatalX without express written permission.

5.5. AI-Generated Content & Data Processing

FhatalX may offer AI-powered features (such as "Market Brief") that generate informational summaries based on displayed market data (provided by CoinGecko and other partners). Regarding our use of this data:

  • Processing, Not Training: Third-party data is used exclusively as contextual input to generate real-time insights. We do not use CoinGecko data or any other third-party API data to train, fine-tune, or develop foundational AI or machine learning models.
  • Informational only: AI summaries are for educational purposes and do not constitute financial advice.
  • Not trading recommendations: AI outputs never provide buy/sell/hold recommendations or price targets.
  • May contain errors: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
  • Not personalized: AI summaries are based on general market data, not your portfolio or situation.

You are responsible for verifying all information from AI features before making any decisions.

FHATAL is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content. All AI outputs include explicit disclaimers and should be treated as supplementary context only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or download data in bulk
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service for illegal activities or to violate any laws
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with FHATAL

7. Service Availability and Changes

FHATAL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue FhatalX (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of FhatalX are owned by FHATAL or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

9. Disclaimers

FhatalX is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FHATAL disclaims all warranties including:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FHATAL and FhatalX shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the service.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Trading losses or missed opportunities
  • Data inaccuracies, delays, or errors
  • Service outages or downtime
  • Third-party API failures, restrictions, or rate limiting
  • Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

In any event, FHATAL's total liability shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the amount you paid to FHATAL in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FHATAL, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of FhatalX or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

FHATAL may terminate or suspend your access to FhatalX immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of FhatalX shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
